You already have your Class A CDL and the required hours. What you need now is a company that will pay you while you train, put you with a solid mentor, and help you build a real career — not just throw you out on the road alone.
YOUR MENTORSHIP: You’ll be paired with an experienced driver from day one for 3 to 5 weeks of paid training . Real loads, real miles, and hands-on learning so you know what you’re doing when you go solo.
HOME TIME: 2 weeks out | 2 days home
