We’re seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer for an exciting full-time opportunity. This onsite role (no hybrid or remote options) is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can multitask across print, web, digital, and social formats.
What We're Looking For:
● Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field, with 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (print and digital) in direct-to-consumer goods or product manufacturing.
● Software Proficiency: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Working knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics is a plus.
● Photography & Retouching: Working knowledge of product photography, with the ability to edit and retouch product and lifestyle assets to brand standards.
● Color & Production Savvy: Strong understanding of color theory, color combinations, and the Pantone Matching System, executed with refined aesthetic judgment.
● Detail & Accuracy: Meticulous attention to detail with clean file preparation and organization habits.
● Time & Workflow Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and pivot smoothly in a fast-paced production environment.
● Brand Adaptability: Versatility to design across diverse brands with distinct visual identities and voices.
● Autonomy & Collaboration: Self-starter capable of executing independently while communicating effectively within a cross-functional team.
What You'll Do:
● Asset Creation: Assist in the design and production of digital and print assets, including packaging, social media content, and website banners.
● Concept Execution: Collaborate closely with team members to translate creative briefs and concepts into polished visual assets.
● Departmental Liaison: Serve as a bridge between the Art department and Interdepartamental processing, ensuring packaging artwork, print proofs, material specifications, and vendor revisions align before production kickoff.
● Trend Research: Track current design trends in retail and consumer goods to introduce fresh styles, layouts, and visual concepts.
● Presentations & Mockups: Develop realistic 2D/3D product mockups and clean design presentations for internal reviews and retail buyers.
● Pre-Press Preparation: Prepare production-ready files for print, ensuring all technical specifications (resolution, bleeds, dielines, color profiles) are strictly met.
