Contributing to the development of tools and products that enhance healthcare operations, the full-time remote Junior Software Engineer will maintain internal automation tools, support website updates, and collaborate on client-facing AI projects while gaining hands-on experience in software engineering. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and improve internal automation tools to meet evolving team needs Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the company website, including updates and bug fixes Write, test, and document code for AI and automation solutions under the guidance of senior engineers Required Qualifications: Engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience 1 to 3 years of professional software engineering experience, including internships or significant project work Working proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or C# Familiarity with APIs, data structures, and version control with Git Some exposure to or genuine curiosity about AI tools and automation frameworks
