We're building humanoid robots that work in home - doing the chores, handling the tasks, and giving people their time back. To do this right, we have to solve robotics, AI, manufacturing - at the same time, at scale, in a form factor that has to be safe enough to live with your family. If you're inspired by this, you'll thrive here. We're scaling, we're hiring with intention, and we need people who want to build something that will genuinely change how humans spend their time - safely creating abundance for all.
The Quality team is responsible for ensuring every component, assembly, and robot meets the standards required to operate safely and reliably in the real world. Working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations, the team identifies issues early, drives containment, and helps improve product quality as we scale from prototypes to high-volume production.
As a Quality Engineering Technician, you will own incoming inspection activities and support the identification, containment, and resolution of quality issues across our manufacturing operations. Your work will ensure that only qualified materials enter production while providing the data and technical insight needed to continuously improve product quality and manufacturing processes.
Maintain timely incoming inspection and material disposition activities to prevent production disruptions.
Drive containment and escalation of nonconforming materials, ensuring issues are clearly documented and resolved.
Deliver accurate inspection data and technical findings that enable engineering and supplier quality improvements.

Maintain inspection equipment, tooling, and calibration records to ensure reliable and repeatable quality assessments.
Strong hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in manufacturing environments.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, electrical schematics, and manufacturing documentation.
Detail-oriented approach with a high standard for documentation accuracy and quality execution.
Ability to communicate technical findings clearly across engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.
