The Records Clerk performs clerical tasks associated with the maintenance of records for students enrolled in the Job Corps Program. Maintains accurate files for all students and enters new student information into system. Enters routine information in the computer daily as it relates to student activities. Processes, collects, and files clothing receipts. Processes transportation requests for students and new recruits. Backs up Center Information System (CIS) and performs routine clerical duties. Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent. One-year experience in a complex clerical capacity preferred. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record preferred.
