What You'll Do - Support restoration projects - water damage, mold, and more - as you train up.
- Complete work orders, daily logs, and job documentation using your phone or tablet.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with customers on site.
- Inspect your own work to make sure it holds up to our standard.
- Keep equipment, tools, and your vehicle organized and job-ready.
- Handle basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
- Learn new tools, tech, and techniques as we add services.
- Hold yourself and your teammates to a high bar on quality, safety, and service.
What You Bring - High school diploma or GED.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow a process.
- Comfortable with a smartphone or tablet and basic apps for job documentation.
- A year of floor or specialty cleaning experience is a plus (think: strip and wax, tile and grout, air duct, upholstery) - but it's not required. We'll train the right person.
- A strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and pride in doing the job right.

- Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)
- Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
- Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
- Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD)

- Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT)
