Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Seasonal Application Reader will assist with the holistic review of admissions applications for prospective first-year students, focusing on academic records and personal attributes while maintaining productivity goals. Key responsibilities Conduct a holistic evaluation of admissions candidates aligned with the mission of Spelman College Complete assigned readings and webinars to enhance understanding of HBCUs and holistic admissions practices Regularly communicate with the Director of Admissions regarding application review processes and volume Required qualifications Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university Prior experience in college admissions and holistic application review at a selective institution Strong understanding of the Spelman College mission Access to a personal computer and a secure internet connection Commitment to confidentiality regarding applicant information and review processes
